Where is the bus located?

Our tea party bus is housed at 173 Morgan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206. You can find us and the bus sitting pretty in the Arrogant Swine’s yard.

Does the bus move? Where does it go?

Our tea party bus is stationary, dear. I can assure you, the bus will not move one inch!

Is this a restaurant? What kind of food do you serve?

We are not a restaurant, nor do we serve actual meals. However, each drink is served with a pastry or savory treat inspired by classic British tea time.

Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free treats available?

Yes to all three! We aim to accommodate dietary restrictions, so everyone can have something to nibble on with their tea.

Help! I’m allergic to [insert allergy here].

Fret not! Make a note of your allergies when purchasing a ticket or if you’ve already purchased your ticket, contact us at hello@madhattersbus.com so we can make note of it. If you have a severe food allergy, please inform us about it; we recommend that you do not indulge in our treats, despite how tempting they are!

What kind of liquor will be served?

Our tantalizing cocktails can be concocted with either gin or vodka, depending on how you take your tea.

I don’t drink. Will there be non-alcoholic options available?

Of course! We’d love to have everyone for tea, even those who prefer their tea without a touch of booze. 😉

I can’t make it to any of the dates available. Will you be having more sessions?

Though our sessions currently have an end date, the tea party never really ends, so there is a chance we may have additional sessions in the future.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

You can request a refund or an exchange up to seven days before your ticketed event, so do be sure that you’re not late in making a request!

Do you offer group discounts?

At this time, no, we do not!

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

Why, we love the little ones! However, this tea party is strictly 21+.

Why is a raven like a writing desk?

Good question.
